Current Openings (updated 3/31/2011):

Lawn Care Manager:  responsible for personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, evaluating, and enforcing company policies.  The Lawn Care Manager must also ensure that personnel deliver quality results for the highest level of customer satisfaction through ongoing training of technical skills and safety procedures, including appropriate certifications and licenses.   As a manager, you will establish sales goals and marketing plans and work with the company officers to develop budgets and forecasts.

This is a Full-Time Seasonal position with benefits*. March 1 - December 15 th with a winter layoff and minimal winter hours.

      Key Qualities:

  • Certified in categories 3.0 and 5.0
  • Experience supervising and directing the work of others
  • Ability to use landscape equipment and follow safety rules
  • Valid WI drivers license and good driving record
  • Experience completing daily work logs/reports
  • Ability to diagnose lawn and tree problems
  • Be able to keep crew on daily production tasks and goals
  • Be able to communicate with property owners in a respectful and knowledgeable manner
  • Provide for expanding sales and lawn care division growth
  • Certified Arborist a plus

Construction Foreman

Landscape Crew Leader

  • Supervise and assist others in developing and maintaining residential and commercial landscapes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, pruning, fertilizing, plant bed weeding, pesticide applications, annual and perennial planting, mulching, edging, mowing, Spring and Fall cleanups.
  • Accurately complete work schedule within budgeted guidelines.
  • Communicate with customers on site (verbal and written).
  • Supervise and train other employees regarding safety policies and procedures.

Landscape Technician

  • Develop and maintain residential and commercial landscapes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, pruning, fertilizing, plant bed weeding, annual and perennial planting, mulching, edging, mowing, Spring and Fall cleanups and holiday decorating

Lawn Care Specialist

  • To apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns.
  • To store, mix and apply products according to specific formulas, label directions, governmental regulations and to accurately document these activities.
  • Calibrate, operate and make minor repairs to equipment.
  • Manage daily routes and schedules to obtain maximum efficiencies.
